1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pearl Travel's website and services. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services

Pearl Travel provides private chauffeur and concierge transfer services in Rhodes, Greece. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or via direct contact.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
• Pearl Travel reserves the right to adjust pricing for fuel surcharges, tolls, or special requests.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged in full.
• In exceptional circumstances where Pearl Travel cancels, a full refund will be issued.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup details, flight numbers, and contact information at booking.
• Be available at the agreed pickup location at the confirmed time.
• Ensure luggage does not exceed the capacity of the selected vehicle.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly.

6. Flight Tracking & Delays

Pearl Travel monitors incoming flights and adjusts pickup times at no extra charge. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pearl Travel's liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including missed flights, connections, or appointments.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rhodes, Greece.
